What we are looking for:

We welcome your interest if you are:

  • A qualified early childhood educator or pedagogical assistant (training completed or in progress)
  • A native English speaker or highly proficient in English
  • Motivated to support children aged 0.5 – 6 years in their holistic development
  • Enjoy working in an international, innovative team
  • Ideally proficient in German (B2 or higher)
  • Passionate about creative, STEAM-based learning

Please note: If your qualification was completed outside Austria, it must be officially recognized (nostrified) by the Education Directorate of Upper Austria before it can be accepted for pedagogical work in this region.

  • Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to indicate the minimum salary:
    • For educators: € 3,321.60 gross/month (40 h/week)
    • For assistants: € 2,558.74 gross/month + € 169.40 gross supplement (40 h/week)

Final salary depends on relevant experience and credited service years.

According to legal regulations, employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave. In addition, there is a right to 10 extra pedagogical planning and preparation days per year for a standard 5-day workweek.
